1. Zero Password Sharing Architecture
Unlike legacy social media tools that ask for your Instagram or Facebook password or employ unstable browser automation scripts, ScalyFied utilizes Meta OAuth 2.0 cryptographic access tokens.
- You log in securely on Meta's official domain (
facebook.com). - Meta issues a time-bounded, cryptographic token with strictly granular permissions.
- Our servers never see, touch, or store your personal or business passwords.
2. Scoped Permissions & Data Access
ScalyFied requests only the permissions strictly required to execute approved post publishing and read engagement analytics:
pages_manage_posts & pages_read_engagement
Allows scheduled publishing of images, copy, and video to connected Facebook Pages and fetching performance insights.
instagram_basic & instagram_content_publish
Enables server-to-server photo, carousel, and 9:16 vertical reel upload directly to linked Instagram Professional accounts.
3. Data Deletion Callback Protocol
In compliance with Meta Platform Term 6.1 (Data Deletion), ScalyFied provides a compliant Data Deletion Callback mechanism.
When an authorized user unlinks ScalyFied from their Facebook/Instagram settings under Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations, Meta sends an automated signed payload to our webhook endpoint. ScalyFied instantly de-authorizes and deletes all stored access tokens, page associations, and cached assets within 48 hours.
4. Rate Limiting & CDN Upload Reliability
To prevent account spam flags and ensure 99.9% publishing reliability, ScalyFied incorporates:
- Exponential backoff retry algorithms when encountering transient network timeouts.
- Automatic image aspect ratio compliance validation (1:1 Square, 4:5 Portrait, 9:16 Reel) before initiating media container creation.
- Cryptographic media checksum validation ensuring visual assets match exact high-resolution master copies.
