We never sell personal data. Reference portraits and facial likeness models are stored in isolated cryptographic vaults and are never used to train public or third-party AI models. We connect to Instagram and Facebook exclusively through certified Meta Graph API tokens without accessing your passwords.

This Privacy Policy details how we collect, process, safeguard, and isolate personal data, biometric likeness assets, and social media account credentials.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information strictly necessary to provide customized creative campaigns and automated publishing:
- Account & Onboarding Details: Name, work email, organization/office name, billing details, and authorized team members.
- Reference Portrait Assets: High-resolution photographs uploaded by civic leaders, executives, and brand ambassadors for facial landmark calibration.
- Brand Identity & Voice Assets: Logos, typography guides, color palettes, official emblems, and regional dialect preferences (Gujarati, Hindi, English).
- Meta OAuth Authorization Tokens: Scoped, cryptographic access tokens granted through Meta Business Suite to schedule and publish approved posts.
- Campaign Telemetry: Anonymized performance metrics (impressions, reach, likes, saves) retrieved via official APIs for analytics reporting.
3. Likeness Preservation & Biometric Isolation Guarantee
To deliver zero-distortion photographic synthesis, our software calculates 68 facial geometric keypoints from client reference photos. We maintain the highest ethical standards regarding this data:
Your photos and likeness coordinates are never fed into open foundation models or shared with outside vendors.
Each organization’s likeness models are compartmentalized in isolated private containers.
4. Meta Platform Data & Token Handling
ScalyFied connects to Meta (Instagram and Facebook) strictly via official Graph API endpoints under Meta's developer terms:
- We request only the minimum required publishing permissions (
pages_manage_posts,instagram_content_publish). - We never store or request account passwords.
- You can revoke Meta account access at any time directly through your Meta Business Integrations settings or our dashboard.
5. Strict Confidentiality & Mutual NDA
We treat every client campaign, speech transcript, upcoming announcement, and likeness model as strictly confidential proprietary information. ScalyFied never publicly showcases, reveals, or markets your campaigns or likeness without explicit, prior written consent.
6. Data Retention & Right to Deletion
You maintain complete sovereignty over your data. Upon termination of service or upon written request, all reference photos, biometric facial landmark data, and OAuth credentials are permanently purged from our servers within 48 hours.
